Wow, I really loved our stay! We had a king room with an amazing view of the harbor. The staff was super helpful, especially a lady named Michelle at breakfast. She was always smiling and helped everyone out. Just wish the air-conditioning worked better. it was kinda noisy at night.

Breakfast often feels like a free-for-all during peak times, making it tough to enjoy that morning coffee in peace. Some elevators were out of service, creating confusion and discomfort hauling luggage. some rooms, including the one we had, feel a bit cramped, especially with a sofa bed that's about as comfortable as a Wookiee at a ballet recital.
